Tri Series Produce Bins

Kiel Industries have now available their unique Tri-Series Produce Bins.

With traditional plastic processes injection moulded bins are stackable only and not nestable so that the freighting of empty bins is the same as when the bins are full.  Rotationally moulded bins are traditionally nestable but cannot be stacked unless there is a lid on the bin or some other mechanical device.

The new Kiel Tri-Series Bins allow three high stacking without lids or mechanical devices to 2.4 metres in height ideal for road freight. The Bins are also nestable allowing an empty return of three to one.  There are three individual bins that are clearly identified by labels and colours.  Each bin is itself nestable within itself but capable of three high stacking in order or colour.
The Bins have an average capacity of 700 litres and are available in selected or corporate colours.

The tipping of bins is always a problem with traditional forklift rotating blades.  Moulded plastic restraints or fitted metal plates or bars are never satisfactory for continued use and bins are rendered useless.  Kiel Industries have developed a cradle, which is designed for the Tri-Series Bins and can be adapted to suit most rotating forklift blades.
