UNIVERSAL BIN

The “Universal Bin” was designed from requests from the poultry and wine industry sectors for a truly hygienic easy clean pallet bin system.

With traditional moulding methods it has been impossible to satisfy everyone’s desire for a workable bin system.
The common injection moulded bins offer a low cost plastic bin of around 750 litres, however these bins are not nestable for economic transport and are extremely difficult to positively clean and can become brittle and break. 
The less common rotationally moulded bin offer a better life expectancy for a higher cost.
These bins are generally nestable, and have other issues involved around cleaning.

The “Universal Bin” offers large 900 litres capacity, easily cleaned, can be stacked, and nested for empty transport or economical storage when not in use.

The bin itself is separate to the base pallet.

The bin is more hygienic than most other bins and can be easily cleaned without the necessity for the base to be cleaned as well.
This cuts down energy costs in cleaning, paying attention to the most vital parts.

Liners are not required with these bins.

The base can be cleaned less often or as required.

Each bin comes with a lid.

The bins are now available in magnetic plastic for detection in food processing machinery.

The total system is stackable and breaks down to a nestable system for economical transport and storage when not in use.
